Our Process

Our process is straightfoward, simple & successul in 4 simple step:-

Step 1: Quotation & Confirmation

Request quotation from our sales consulation and meeting with us for design & price confirmation. Design meeting usually onsite or view plans in our showroom. There will be time to review samples of our work and discuss our design theories so we achieve exactly what you are looking to do with your space. Our experienced design team will guide you through your options. Measurements may be taken in this process if necessary.

Step 2: Design & Plan

We start design at once after the quotation confirmation. In the Design process, you can see your new kitchen and / or house concept in floor plan and elevations of the design to get an overall sense of what your kitchen and / or house is going to look like. A revised quotation is also provided for each design revision.

Step 3: Manufacturing & Installation

When design, materials and measurements are all confirmed, we start to fabricate the cabinets once a contract is written and deposit is received. Normally, cabinet manufacturing takes 21 working days, and installation 7 working days depends on job quantity. Worktops can be installed approximately 7-10 working days from the time when the measurements are taken.

Step 4 : Completion & Handover

After worktops have be installed, that's when minor issues, such as hinge adjustments, are taken car of. We will hand over the site to you after we check the site with you.

Our Warranty

If your product is found to be faulty within 1 Year of purchase, please contact I Concept on 03-87342446 or by email to info@i-concept.com.my or contact our sales consultant. We will recommend the best course of action to get the issue resolved.

If your item purchase is outside the 1 Year period, you are still covered by the manufacturers warranty, difference the procedures for each of the main manufacturers.

The Warranty is cover or shall be null & void in any of the followings events even during the warranty period:

a) Unless to the contract is agreed in writing by the Company, the Goods forming the subject matter of this quote are warranted to the original purchaser only, to be free of defect in design, material and workmanship for one (1) year from delivery. Where the Customer's claim for warranty is accepted by the Company, the Company in satisfying its warranty shall only be obligated to replace such parts as the Company shall at its sole and absolute discretion deem fit. The Customer is not entitled to demand for a replacement. Repairs or replacement carried out under the warranty shall be free ex works. Any claims by the Customer for warranty and where accepted, shall be carried out as soon as possible.


(b) The Customer shall be under the obligation to notify of the Company in writing of any defects appearing on the Goods. Any damages aggravated by the Customer's
failure to inform the Company shall not entitle the Customer to claim under the warranty. The notice shall contain a description of the defect.

(c) The Company when attempting to remedy any defect accepted under the warranty shall where reasonably possible carry out repairs or replacement at the place where
the Goods are located unless the Company deems at its sole and absolute discretion that it is appropriate that the defective part or the Goods are returned to the
Company for repair or replacement. The Company is obliged to carry out dismantling and reinstallation of the part or the Goods where special knowledge is required.

(d) The Customer hereby acknowledges that any repairs or replacement under a warranty claim cannot be done immediately and sufficient time is required by the
Company or any third party engaged by the Company to perform the warranty obligation. In the event that the Customer attempts to carry out such work itself, the warranty to the Goods shall be void unless prior written consent and an approved quote is obtained from the Company whereby the Company shall bear the costs for works carried out with its consent and approval. The Customer acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any variation of repair quotes unless prior written consent and approval is obtained from the Company.

(e) The Customer shall at its own expense arrange for any dismantling and reassembly of equipment other than the Goods, to the extent that this is necessary to remedy the defect.

(f) Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the Customer shall bear any additional costs which the Company incurs for repair, dismantling, installation and transport as a result of the Goods being located in a place other than the destination stated in the Sales Order/Quotation/Invoice or, if no destination is stated, the place of delivery.

(g) The Company shall only be liable for defects, which appear under the conditions of operation provided for in the Sales Order/Quotation/Invoice and under proper use of
the Goods.

(h) Warranty on Goods shall be revoked or automatically lapse where there are defects arising out of materials provided by, or design stipulated or specified by the
Customer.

(i). The Company is also under no warranty obligation in the following cases: Improper or inappropriate use, faulty erection and/or operation by the Customer or third
parties, improper equipment, normal wear and tear, faulty or negligent handling, inappropriate maintenance, improper operational means such as improper oils, cooling
water etc., improper replacement materials, deficient building works, inappropriate foundations, vibrations (especially torsion vibrations), climatical, chemical, electrochemical, electrical or other influences. The Company is not liable for defects which are due to faulty design or unsuitable material, in so far as the Customer prescribed such design or material despite a prior warning by the Company. The Company assumes no liability for parts provided the Customer.

(j). If the compliant due to a defect should prove to be unjustified, the Company shall be entitled to charge the Customer for all expenses incurred in this connection.
